Polk has an extensive network of Authorized Online Dealers, and we recommend them to you highly. They have been chosen for their strong commitment to customer service, and for being able to represent Polk Audio products with a thorough knowledge and understanding.

Unfortunately, there are also Unauthorized Online sellers on the web, and we do not and cannot recommend buying from them. We have seen instances of customers receiving products that are obviously used or in some cases even damaged. Also, while Amazon itself is an authorized dealer, they allow other sellers on their site who are not necessarily authorized Polk dealers.
