I have the RT600i's and the 245 center channel. I am just trying to get an idea about what surrounds would go good with them. I know you can't buy the RTxxxi's new anymore, so I was wondering if the RTi's would go with them well.
I would like to upgrade all of my speakers to the LSi line at some point, but I didn't think that LSi surrounds would go well with my RT600i's.
Thanks

The new RTi line will match well, I'd search for a pair of used RT25(i), or 35(i). OR be a team-player, and wait for the *new* line to come out (late summer?) and be the first guy on your block with some rti4's.
However, if you are going to go LSi anyway, you might want to bag some 7's for the rears now, and work from there.
Cheers,

thanks for your advice Russ, I may just end up going for the LSi7's, although ,making my wife understand why I need to upgrade is going to be another story.
thanks again

Crutchfield has a pair of f/x300i for $269.00. here is the link
http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-Ym8P2PdLqi0/ProdView.asp?s=0&c=4&g=12200&I=107FX300IW&o=s&a=0&cc=01&avf=N.
I guess the new Fxi30/50's would also work fine. I'm using Rt600i as my surround's and Fxi50 as my surround backs and they work perfect for me.
My setup
Front- Rti 70's
Center - Csi40
Surround - Rt600i
Surround back - Fxi50
Receiver - Denon Avr-3803
Sub - PSW350 ( to be upgraded)

Brad,
For H/T the RT25i's with the 600's match very well together. I highly recommend this pairing. Look around and you may still be able to find new at a great price or look for used. Bought mine from Crutchfield not too many months ago. SACD or DVD-A I don't know as I haven't experienced it yet but for H/T it is kick ass. They take everything the Rotel throws at it with a smile.
