Just hooked up a new pair of A7's and lovin' em a LOT!
But I'm curious about those with RTI's and X.1 systems, where do you cross them over to the sub? I used to cross my TSI500's at 80 but I've initially set the RTI's at 60 with the center CSi A6 set at 80Hz. I'm using a PSW505 sub.
How about any of you?

I cross mine at 80 (RTi10s... predecessors of the RTiA7s). I fooled around with 40 and 60... Couldn't tell too much difference with most HT material.

I cross them at 60 and the CSi A6 at 60 as well. I run them at full (large) for music and multi-channel music.
Play around with it and see what works for you. Goodluck

You can try it at any point, but if you have the juice to run them large and cross the LFE over at 80, then you'll hear a difference. The bass won't be re-directed from the mains and the sub will have less output, but you'll gain a full range sound from the A7s and you might appreciate it. Running the speakers small and cutting at 60 or 80 might make a difference depending on which blends better too. Crossing them at 40 takes too much info from the LFE channel.

I just trie crossing everythin at 40 and preferred the previous 60/80/80. Still haven't tried running full range yet, but definitely will.
