psw 650

help seems that the volume knob on my 650 is all the way up
but even when i turn it down no change enybody ever heard of
this happening this sub is only about 3 months old:(

HELP! It seems that the volume knob on my PSW 650 is all the way up. Although, Even when I turn it down, no change comes about in volume. Has anyone heard of this happening to their PSW 650? THis subwoofer is only 3 months old. Thank you in Advance. All suggestions, and comments welcome. Thank you again.

Id take it back to the store you got it from. If not have a Authorized Polk repair person have a look! The 650 is a great sub! I had problems with mine & once it was repaired the sub has worked perfectly!
