psw 650

help seems that the volume knob on my 650 is all the way up
but even when i turn it down no change enybody ever heard of
this happening this sub is only about 3 months old:(

HELP! It seems that the volume knob on my PSW 650 is all the way up. Although, Even when I turn it down, no change comes about in volume. Has anyone heard of this happening to their PSW 650? Id take it back to the store you got it from. If not have a Authorized Polk repair person have a look! The 650 is a great sub! I had problems with mine & once it was repaired the sub has worked perfectly!
