Quick Question (Middle of Re-Wiring)

Anyone know if I should hook up my RT600i's through my PSW-450 or would it be better not to?

It all depends on how flexible your bass management options are on your receiver, and how you like to run them.
If you run them on small, it might be easier to have your subwoofers crossover filter the frequencies, then set it at like at 60hz or so, maybe a little lower. Doing it this way you would have to run your mains at "Large" and set it to no subwoofer.
Generally this way provides you with the most options, because most receivers crossovers are either fixed or offer only one or two more options.
