Newbie that just bought two LS90

I recently bought a pair of LS90s off a guy and they seem to be in awesome shape. I am new to the audiophile scene and was wondering what would be a good setup to start with in order to bring out the sound. I'm quite new to this, but I think the sound is a little soft and the treble is a bit tin-sounding...but that could be due to the equalizer...I don't really know. The bass is excellent. It's nice and deep. I just think there is some great potential hiding in these speakers and I don't even know it.

Which amplifier should I get? The previous owner said he had a separate amp for the tweeters and subwoofer. Should I set it up the same way? How would I do that (2 channel, 4 chanel, etc.?).

What wattage should the amps be?

This is kind of over my head at the moment. I hope you guys can help me out :)

get a high current amp, something in the 100-200wpc range and high current. don't worry about bi-amping I did not hear any difference when I bi-amped mine. Be careful with an EQ sometimes when you turn a certain frequency up too high it will distort and be sure if you use an EQ you don't use anything else, no tone controls on the pre. leave it flat.

If you want to do a nice cheap 2 channel you can search ebay for refurbed HK's. Are you doing 2 channels or 5.1?

How much are you wanting to spend? If you want to biamp you'll need two separate amplifiers, preferably identical.
