So I come home from work to find my system moved to a new room, and told the one SDA1c will not work. After the grinch in me came and went I went about checking all the connections and all seemed correct. Then I disconnected speaker wire and re-installed, and still nothing. So I pulled everything apart and re hooked everything back up. Now I can get some sounds while the interconnect is connected. Mainly the right channel sounds like only the highs are playing while the left is muted lows. Not sure where to go from here. I have had amp (Adcom GfA 555 and pre-amp GFP-1A) for 25 years without a problem. ANy ideas?

First things first. Has the person who moved the system been properly dealt with?
Do you have another receiver or amp you can connect the speakers to? Have you tried with only one speaker at a time, no interconnect?

Something is wrong with your left channel output. Try wiring it so that the right speaker output is going to your left speaker.

Nice your system moved without your knowledge. Sweat and now doesn't work.... How do you even know if the proper powering off was done prior or not.

first off.. someone must be strong.. 1C's are no light speaker.. secondly, no one but me touches my system, esp not move it for petes sakes.
