Given all things equal (price), which is the better sounding sub?

I'm planning on getting some RTi A1s and a CSi A4 to complete a 5.1 setup. My main concern is the 111 vs. 125

For HT, without a doubt, the PSW125--also not bad with music due to the redesign of the PSW12 (which it is)....heavier bracing and bottom ported with a bit more power to address the port nose of the previous generation (PSW12--my first sub?).

Since the 125 does not reach too low it is also fairly controlled with music (whereas the PSW12 would try to play everything and huff and puff and chuff like an out of shape 50+ year old when pushed)...like the PSW111.

Have you considered the Psw505? Not sure what you're main use is for but it's a great sub for the price.

Thanks for the replies. It seems like of the three, the 125 is the clear winner. I'll be tucking the knowledge away as I just purchased an open box CSi-A6 for $338 today. I couldn't pass it up and no longer have the budget for a sub until mid-February. I have considered the 505, but I was looking at purchasing through crutchfield where they give you $299 towards any polk sub w/ a $500 purchase instead of just giving you the PSW111.

I was debating going with csi3 and rti4's as fronts with a sub (or two). I already have fx300i's and needed to address my front stage. I'm sure I'll have more questions come February when I begin the debate over getting fronts.

The PSW 125 is a better overall performer although I really like the PSW 111 a lot.
