Jake,
Here are the dimensions for the MM12 enclosure.
Overall Dimensions (including grill) 14-5/8" H x 14-5/8" W x 11-5/16" D (37.15cm H x 37.15cm W x 28.73cm D)
Footprint Size 14-5/8" W x 11-5/16" D (37.15cm W x 28.73cm D)
If this is too large then I would recommend contacting the folks at the Wood Shop. They manufatcure vehicle specific sub enclosures. Their toll free telephone number is 888-227-5623.
They offer these enclosures in several different colors so you can match the color of the interior.
Thanks,
Kim

i have a 96 gmc extended cab and i have two mm12s under the back seat
i had to take the jack and stuff out and put it in the tool box though...but with the newer models i dont believe they have a huge box with a jack and stuff in it
i got the box at a local shop for $120

ya u're better off to go with a vehicle specific box... trying to jam that momo box under the seat is a waste of your time and money... by the time u got it to fit you'd have to downfire it and screw feet onto the box... thats even if u could get it to fit.
best off getting a front firing-under the seat- standard box. while its not as flashy, it'll function better, and probably cost the same...
figure a momo raw driver is like 200 --- momo with plexi box is like 350? ... i'm sure u could find a box for a single sub to vehicle specific fit under your back seat for less than 150 bucks.
