Found this reference in the "The Complete Guide to High-End Audio" 2nd edition by Robert Harley, he recommends "How to Set Up and Tune Your Turntable and Tonearm" by George Merrill

I've checked out "The Complete Guide to High-End Audio" book from my library. Might want to check there. I didn't have time to read it but it seemed like a pretty decent read...
