I'm curious to know what amplifier this is and why it has it's own resistance:rolleyes:
davc sounds like a SONY model #, a home theater package I believe, and I'm wondering what happened to the sub that came with it? how is it hooked up?

Does your system have a subwoofer preout? If not...you can add a powered subwoofer by speaker wire. But you won't gain all that much volume I wouldnt think......
Bye Scott
