I had my 2 MM120's 'in a box' but decided that I wanted something different. So I turned them a 180. I removed the black rubber that was supplied with the woofer to make sure the sealing was airtight and what do you think... I also ripped the coating off the woofer... WAAH!!!
Is there any way I can fix this, because this is so incredible lame!!! The only other solution is to put an neon light over the edge so you can't see the outer ring with the screws.
Best regards,
Werner,
I would suggest returning the woofers to our service department for exchange. The address is: Polk Audio 2550 Britannia Blvd. Suite D San Diego, CA. 92154. Include a short note describing the
problem, return shipping address, daytime phone number, along with a copy of your receipt. If you have any questions, give us a
call at 800-377-7655 between the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Eatsern time. We will be glad to help.
Thanks,
Kim

Uhm, okay... that sounds terrific. But I hope I can return them to my dealer also.. 'cause it's a pretty long drive from the Netherlands to America for the exchange to occur....
Werner,
In the Netherlands contact the folks at Autosound Nederland BV
Marssteden 64, 7547 Enschede, Netherlands. Thier phone number is : (53) 4286062.
Thanks,
Kim
