hi, if i happen to set my amp to pass, do i have to set my componet crossover to high pass also? wat is your suggestion?

Jason,
If you have set the high pass crossover on your amplifier between 60 to 90 Hertz, then this is all of the adjusting that you will need to do to engage the high pass filter. Then adjust the level of the speakers and blend the woofer by adjusting the level and phase.

Try to keep the midbass driver within a distance of 18 to 30
inches away from each other. Preferably the closer the better.
Use some double sided adhesive tape to determine the best location before cutting any holes. Try to avoid placing them too close to any hard reflective surfaces such as glass, hard plastic,
etc.
