Either she is being real or has a really good selling philosiphy. "to me this is all junk and you are all nuts" or something like that. Kinda makes you feel like you are getting a great deal no matter how much you spend. I did this with a car once and it worked great. The guy kept trying to talk me down in price and every time he called I told him he was right about whatever problem he was illuding to, told him of a few others he hadn't noticed and then said if I was him I probably wouldn't buy it either. I finally sold it to him for $300 less than my original asking price!!! My way of doing a no-haggling price. :D
