It is boring for me to expound upon a SACD, when you really should hear it with your ears. I will however recommend a "buy", "not buy" personal comment.
I am a Police fan, and have really been very pleased with all the re-issues. The sonic quality is atypical SACD, and really blows me away. Stings' voice is so alive and the composition is as always, fun and tightly performed.
This is a excellent SACD for Police fans, and a "Buy" :D

Doro - I will agree with you on the Police SACDs. The entire SACD re-issue catalog is very good (maybe even including the Every Breath You Take: The Classics which I purchased because it is a Stereo/Multi-channel/Hybrid and I wanted to see how the M-C mix sounded). If you like the Police and have a SACD player they are worth a listen.
I will have to disagree on your Nora Jones recommendation. It may be a well recorded and mixed SACD but IMHO it is definitely the most over-hyped, over-blown CDs to come down the pike this year. I though it was ok at best, but a boring and repetitious album not worthy of all of the accolades it received. Maybe it's more of a statement on the overall state of the recording industry that this one was so highly regarded (not much competition!). My daughter bought the CD and I gave it a couple of listens thinking maybe I was missing something. As I said this is JMO and there are obviously others that disagree.
