Good or Bad AMp

Is a Lanzar VIBE 1200D 1200 Watt amp good for pushing my 2 12" polk/momo subs? I pushes:
1 Channel x 400 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms
1 Channel x 750 Watts RMS @ 2 Ohms

Yhea lanzar, PYRAMID, and legacy amps, stay away from em. You can pretty much tell if it sucks when u go on ebay and theres about 400 of them for sale.
