Way back when it bagan, I promised to post a compilation of the artists listed, well it's finally a reality.

It's in four Word Doc's in the next four posts. Split was necessary due to size, in all about 350 kb. Groupings are A-D, E-K, L-R and S-Z.

Artists are grouped alphabetically. At the start of each letter there's a hyperlink to the appropriate thread. Not all show up in a single search for some reason.

While grouped alphabetically, within a given letter Artists, column 1, are in the order in which they were mentioned in that letter's thread. Seemed like it might help folks find a given write up.

Column 2 lists all of an Artist's releases discussed, or at least mentioned, in a post as well as catalog numbers and/ or release years, if provided.

Also to assist in finding write ups, I have referenced the poster(s) in column 3. In many cases more than one poster is listed. In these cases it is ususally because additional releases were discussed. Multiple posters are often aligned with release they added.

There are more than a few we missed (What? No Joni Mitchell?). Feel free to add on and I'll update the posted compilations as needed.

Anyway, that's it. The debt is paid. It was kind of fun going back down those trails again... :)

Oh no!...I've already downloaded the files. If you do this will the RIAA come after me for file sharing?

Thanks for all of the work on the compilation...as well as starting and keeping the threads going. I was just about to do this for my own benefit and you saved me a lot of work (now I've got to go spend some money to fill in the gaps!). It was great fun.

Tour,

What a great way to end a 24 week odessy. You worked countless hours on something that I really enjoyed contributing to, and reading. Thank you so much for a job well done. It was great seeing bands and albums I had forgotten about, and reading up on bands that I was not aware of.

Thanks again for all your hard work.

Thanks Russ. I'm new enough that I'd never seen the thread. I added a link in the SDA Playlist sticky in Vintage Speakers as well.

Actually thought about resurrecting this over the winter.. as far as it got.

Russ, you've been cruising memory lane a lot lately... Good job... Shows what this Club has been like and can be again.

BMDP, if you want to start a simliar Blues effort, let me know. I'd be happy to co-host (which translated means I fill in during any absenses you may have, but you do all the real work... :D ).

Looks interesting. Though, I have no idea what it is, and I only get a blank page when I click on one of the links.

They're Microsoft Word documents with summaries of all the threads...

If no go for you, do site search on "Reminiscing" and most of the threads will show... but for some reason a couple letters will not.

Hey, I just noticed under "C" their are no albums listed for CCR, does this mean just buy them all??? I have Chronicles which is great.

Ted,

Damn it... now I just reread all the CCCC's... ;)

Funny thing is just about any of CCR's needs to be owned... Not that that was the reason none of their studio LP's were listed...
