My previous speakers had a headphone jack built into them, but I recently purchased and set up the AMR 150 5.1 system only to find there is no headphone jack.
I have tried using a simple 2-way splitter for the front channel and plugged both the front channel speakers and the heaphones into it.
Unfortunately, doing so has halved the volume of the front speakers; I have subsequently lowered all other channels by 50% to compensate for the imbalance caused by the front channel splitting, but now the maximum volume is not as loud as I would like it to be.
Are there any other alternatives to hooking up a headphone set to my soundcard without causing a subsequent loss in volume?
