problem onkyo nr708 ?

I have a weird issue, I notice little artifacts on the screen, using hdmi, i have a network tv, plays netflix with a clear picture. I have tried hdmi direct clear picture ,it only shows up when receiver is on , when i turn off receiver picture clears up,only when it is on .here is a example, turn off the onkyo crystal clear pic on my panasonic. sorry for pic, damn camera, but see that line on it, thats what i see http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t66/deseroner_2007/DSC02402.jpg

you notice it on backgrounds mostly.

Do you have the AVR set up to upscale or is it set to Through.

I tried all the settings through,auto 1080i 1080p,master reset , no go ,only when onkyo is on just started happening a few days ago.

Have you tried using a different HDMI input port? maybe like the one on the front?
