Surround setup Ackk Im brain boggled

My setup im thinking of looks likes this diagram but theres about 2-2 1/2 feet behind my couch

I have 2 sets of polk fxi a4, do i run 7.1 or stick my rears up as presence speakers? Im running 7.1 now with my satellites but they are positioned wrong.

Pics of my room with current setup, if i change the position of my speakers to dolby specifications, sides and rear soundwaves might clash?

In my opinion move those suckers up front and run 5.1 with either height or width. Width kicks butt.

Im getting greedy again!! I have 4 polk sattelites left over from my upgrade...

I was thinking of buying another set of polk fxia4 for my rear surrounds but also contemplating using my two sattelites for presence instead of my polk fxia4 and putting the fxia4 for rear surrounds. Would 4 fxia4 too close proximity have ruin my soundstage?

Nice looking setup. I think you have plenty speaker wise. Bass traps or room treatments would seem to be your next best bet. I know they don't create sound, but they will sure improve it. GL!
