It depends on the market you live in, the condition, and how much someone is willing to spend.

That said 1000-1500 seems to be a good ballpark.

Thanks guys. I am going to see a pair for $1250 firm today. Audiogon has a couple pair for 1795 and 1600 right now. Those will probably sell for 13 or $1400. If mine are in great shape as the owner says.......and alls well, then 1100 to 1250 it will be. Thanks again guys, Stone.

I now own a pair of SDA SRS 1.2's (stock) in very good condition. The tweeters are mint as are the drivers. Well cared for speakers. I paid 1250 for them. I can't get to hooking them up until tomorrow. 185 pounds? They feel like 300 each..... . Not complaining, I am so happy to have these.

I bookmarked the owners manual pdf so I can apply/adhere to the SDA setup. I did the same for my SDA 1's with good result with some recordings via my Rotel RA-1062 Integrated. However, I look forward to better SDA intepretation with the 1.2's with the elimination of using a tweeter in the SDArray and the scale of the 1.2's too.The Rotel can handle a 6 ohm load as can my Torii 3 which will follow the Rotel SDA listening session with a Stereo only session. I do enjoy my stock SDA 1's in stereo as they best my LS90's with even better pin point imaging on a larger soundstage, both in width and depth. Talk about inert cab's too. The knuckle pass test is true on these as well. The LS90's are great speakers and I will not sell them. However, the knuckle test comparison is no contest vs. the SDA 1's. I have owned the LS90's since new in February of 1993.

I have mono block Emotiva UPA-1's that I am going to sell (not common ground) and get a XPA-2 or the like and use the Rotel as preamp. After I get a good handle on my 1.2's emotiva!, I will probably get the upgrade bug and start with the Tweeter's. Stone

If you have the skills build your own AI-1 Dreadnought SDA cable you will be glad you did and using monos will be no problem.

Thanks Toolfan66. Can I use the AI-1 Dreadnought with this model? I guess I can if you suggested it. I could make that. Can you point me to the thread for that. Thanks, Stone

If you give me a little time I will be building a few Chassis like the one in my link if you decide you want to build one if you don't have a box you might want to use..

Toolfan66, thanks for the threads and the offer on the box. However, after reviewing the threads.....this will be more than I could muster. For example, I can handle most of the upgrades to my 1.2's I've noticed posted, but would need someone to build the upgraded crossover's and/or the Dreadnought. Impressive this Dreadnought! I do have Midwest Speaker, whom I bought the SDA 1's from after a complete checkup. Joe at Midwest even fixed the pole piece separation on one of the midrange driver's while I waited. He just said pull it.....and bring it in. I noticed the slight distortion after I got the speakers home in my environment.

I was wondering, do my mono blocks fall in the camp of straping the negative terminals? They are true separates and not switchable between stereo and mono. Stone

I'm not going to call about the UPA -1's for strapping. I want a more powerful Amp anyway. I might take you up on the xover when I am ready. Thanks again, Stone

These might not be 2.3TL's but I am a believer! Holy sniiiiikky's! Even with my modest Rotel and at stock (SRS 1.2's).....I put "Brother's in Arms" in and sat in the sweet spot of SDA from beginning to end! I did not move, only the goose bumps did.

I don't know what else to say other than I get it now?! I consider myself fortunate to have these. Stone

These AZ sold for 2175. I am a happy camper to get mine for 1250 this past Thursday. Especially, with the small market I live in compared to most of you eastern seaboard guys-Polk epicenter.

Supply and demand.....32 bids on these..... . I was fortunate.

That is the third set of SRS's I have seen peak over the 2k mark. I have seen one set of 1.2tl's reach that mark.
