I just found out today that Jonathan Demme made three films with Neil Young. Journey's to be released april 2012. Trunk Show released in 2010. Heart Of Gold released in 2006. I was aware of Heart Of Gold but didn't have any idea of the other two movies. I haven't seen any release dates for DVD or Blueray for Trunk Show or Journey's. If there as good as Heart Of Gold i can't wait. Just thought i would put that out there for any other Young fans that didn't know.

This is good to know as I'll be keeping an eye for these releases. Demme also did "Stop Making Sense" The Talking Heads live concert movie, that was great as was "Heart of Gold". Loves me some Neil Young acoustic or electric it's all good.

Stop Making Sense is my 2nd favorite concert movie of all time. #1 being The Last Waltz. I was just amazed that i never heard of the other 2 movies that Demme did with Young. From what i understand, Journey's is going to Sundance this week. It was recorded at Massey Hall during a solo show, but still plenty of electric with ole black.

I will keep an eye out for those. I just read about Neil and Crazy Horse getting back together, and theres enough material for a couple of CD's, you cant keep ol Shakey down he just keeps on releasing stuff, and Ive spent plenty on Neil, looks like I will be spending more.

/\ You and me both/\ He enjoys the largest section of my cd and album racks. Followed by Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, Roxy Music including Bryan Ferry, Eno, and various Manzanerra groups. Not to forget Beatles, Stones, Dylan, Doors, Kinks, and Zeplin to name a few. Its just he's produced so much. Like Zappa. Its hard to get them all. But i'll keep trying. $$$$$$$$$

Excellent. Thanks Chumlie. Now if only the Shocking Pinks would tour... hehe. I'm probably one of the few that liked Everybody's Rockin. Neil said the record company was buggin him for a rock & roll record and thats what he gave em. Old time rock & roll.
