It's time for another Texas meet-up

It's been a year since the last one, so I figured we were about due for another. I was thinking the best time would be the weekend after LSAF (May 11 or 12), or two weeks after (May 18 or 19) so maybe we can get some hand-on time with some of the goodies sent out for LSAF before they have to be sent home.

You haven't heard my tube monoblocks and CJ pre. They're pretty decent together. You could try the 90s on those if you want.

Ben, we all gather at someone's house with all sorts of gear and hang out and swap in/out different amps and speakers, along with all sorts of music from a variety of sources (CD, vinyl, DAC, computer, etc.). Food is provided in one manner or another, whether it's catered, brought by attendees, or made in-house. My house has a pool, so you're welcome to bring a swimsuit and kick it in the pool if you'd like. Some of th guys bring a bottle (or two... or three :D) of their spirit(s) of choice, and sip it down whilst relaxing and listening to music or movies. I will throw out that my LSi HT has been dismantled, and my Kenwood X1 HT lost it's preamp, so I won't have much to offer in that area this year. Nonetheless, it's sure to be a good time had by all. I hope you can make it out!

First and foremost, hell yes we are still on for the 19th. Finals have been crazy, so I apologize for my absence.

How do you guys wanna do food? I don't mind grabbing it myself and having you guys pitch in, like last year. Obviously you're on your own for brews and booze regardless of how we do food.

I guess bring any and all equipment you feel comfortable bringing. I suppose the best way to go about this is to mention what all you have and/or intend on bringing, that way we don't end up with duplicates. I own an SC-37, a Sony SACD changer, LS90s, and a PSW1000. I have other various gear around the house, but not much worth mentioning.

And Halen, I don't live next to Mark Cuban...
