i have an older Polk DB-12 (4ohm). great sub, good power handling, works well in sealed enclosures. i have a new car now and was wondering if it would be possible to run this sub in an infinite baffle set up? has anyone ever tried it with this particular sub? as much as possible, i don't want to sell this sub and buy another one.

I love my DB 12's... the ones with the old white writing around the pole-cap. perform beautifully, I have them in a dual 2.1 enclosure, was built for tweet horns too, but sealed them off. Box came with port holes, these subs do not like ports! I have two rubber boat plugs that let me convert the box from sealed (beautiful reg. listening) to tuned ported... Cheap design, but it works, with easy conversion, and the box was free. :D

i'll do $70 for it shipped to buffalo, ny. for a used sub that's about what its worth, and that's trusting you that its in good condition. normally i trust no one, but having a DB 12 layin around isn't a bad thing... i have no use for it at the direct moment, but god knows i WILL FIND A USE FOR A DB12.
