will different thickness' of mdf in a box affect sq or performance of the sub?
ex.
(2) 1.5" sides <---diff.
(2) 0.75" sides
(2) 0.75" front & back
thanks
Not at all. As long as the interior dimesions stay the same as to preserve the proper box volume, it will be fine.

thanks it can when you start to get into heavy drivers, lots of power and enourmous enclosures.....flexing can cause some major sq and spl problems....but for the daily driver....3/4 MDF is perfect:D
