Couldn't say for sure. If you have a calibrator (a tone generator that fits over the nose of the meter and generates a frequency at a known volume) you would know for sure. I have one and I calibrate my B&K SPL meter that way.

The RS meter itself has fairly cheap components. It is fine for channel balancing and system calibration. It is not accurate at high volumes, nor is it accurate in the very deep bass region. There are bass correction factors for the meter available on line.

It is on loan from work. Yes, the B&K meters are the best in the business. Very expensive. A few $$ thousand new. The one I have still sells for $800 on the open market and its more than a few years old.
