I have a rockford fosgate 250 a.2 amp, i would like to hook up a single MOMO 10 in a sealed box. In the owners manual it states that in mono in to a 4 ohm load it will produce 320 watts x 1. I know amp manufactures like to streach the truth so any advice would be appericated. And if not what would be some other suggestions on what to put in a 2001 dodge durango?
I would suggest looking at the 500a2. The 250a2 is really to small for this sub. Plus the peak power rating is rated at a 2 Ohm mono load so the power available into a single 4 Ohm woofer is actually half of its rated power that is on the amplifier's birth certificate. If you use this amp, and like to listen at louder listening levels, you will blow this sub due to clipping the amplifier.
Thanks,
Kim

I would suggest a rockford fosgate bd500.1,a kicker dx700, or a mtx thunder 6500 as some of the smaller and cheaper amps you can get but always remember you can have more power in an amp and set it down low to get better clairity out of your subs
