Does anyone know the specs for a 1998 polk db 10? If so, which new polk sub is comparable. Mine blew and I don't want to have to build another custom enclosure.

Tony,
The MOMO MM104 or the new MOMO MM2104 are two choices for a replacement sub that will work into the same small sealed enclosure just like the original db10. I am attaching a link below for the specifications of the orginal Polk db subwoofers. If you have any questions regarding these subs, give us a call at 800-377-7655 between the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday and we will be glad to help.

Thanks,
Kim

... If you can dig up some DX10's they'll be close.

... the Momo 104 is a different breed of cat pretty much. if you want to go with a new sub, then I would say the 2104 would be the way to go. and personally, were i go to buying subs today, and I was looking for such a speaker, I'd be buying 2104's. I'm partial to "snappy" yet heart thumping stuff :)

check out sounddomain.com - they're carrying polk now! and cheap!
