Warranty on EX-2550 tweeters

I have the Polk EX-2550 system in my truck and the left tweeter is starting to make crackle noises. Is it blown?
What kind of warranty does Polk give on these?

The EX2550 tweeters have a one year warranty.
Return the blown tweeter to our service department for exchange. The address is Polk Audio 2550 Britannia Boulevard
Suite D San Diego, CA. 92154. Include a short note with your name, address, daytime telephone number, description of the problem, along with a copy of your receipt. We recommend shipping them using UPS or FedEx.
