I just purchased the RTi10s and the CSi5 about 2 weeks ago. 2 out of the three speakers came with cracked speaker grills. In both cases it was the top left or right plastic piece that attaches to the speaker. Since I thought I had spent so much money I asked them for replacement grills for both speakers. Because the RTi10 was so big they decided to only send the grill, but for the CSi5 they sent an entire new speaker. The grill for the RTi10 came by itself in perfect condition but when I opened up the CSi5 the exact same problem. The top plastic piece was broken. Only this time it was worse than the first. Anyone else have this problem?

All this being said. These three speakers are the best speakers I have ever heard and well worth the money spent. I enjoy every minute listening to them. In fact all my Polk speakers are perfect.

Welcome to the forum:) Sorry to hear about the problem. I'm sure Polk will send you new grilles if you contact customer service. The service is top notch.

Hey I own a csi-30 and mine was fine when I got it but I guess it depends if where you bought yours... did your order it or buy it from a store like cc or future shop? Your speakers probably came off a flat that got crashed into or dropped a little too hard lol. Well hope you get some grilles that are auctually good :p

I bought my speakers from Crutchfield. Maybe they did drop some of them. Crutchfield has been more than happy to help me out. Their customer service has been outstanding. I meant to say in my original post that I think Polk and Crutchfield are outstanding companies and that I will continue to buy from them. I only posted this to see if other people had the same experience.

Thanks for your help and reply.

I assume these came UPS... used to work there. You'd be surprised how beat up things get in transit. UPS should cover it, though this is a loooong process if I remember right. Best to contact Crutchfield or Polk.
