Yeah, I was expecting them tomorrow, but got them in only one day. My SACD player is fine. It is just in the same location that everyone else in the family uses to watch reality tv. I just meant that I should consider another one for the office or bedroom system.

I love Wake of the Flood. One of my favorite GD studio albums (although I pretty much like them all).

Saw them a few years ago in DC and like a crazy goon followed PT's limo to the hotel. There were a few people waiting around with albums to sign, etc., but he basically ignored them. As he approached the door of the hotel I yelled out, "WE LOVE YOU, PETE!"

His response, dripping with that Shepherd's Bush accent:

"I know."

Too early to give an informed opinion. I like it so far, it stays in the front pretty much, but I'm OK with that. I do feel like the mix does a good job of placing the band members on a stage, and I can get some decent positioning cues. I haven't compared it to the high-rez stereo mix yet though.

It is from the Sector 3 box set. So far I'm liking the sound of these latest remasters, I do believe they sound a bit better than the 1997 remasters. I have not had any Rush on vinyl in many years, so I can't make a comparison with the vinyl. But, I am happy with the Sector box sets. I think they sound very good, and I like the packaging too!!

No, I disagree with you Charlie. The blues aren't about being blue. Deep down, the blues are about love

Some nice new album releases coming up in the next few months....Donald Fagen, Mark Knopfler, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, John Hiatt, Dave Matthews, ZZ Top, Avett Brothers, Mumford and Sons, Dianna Krall, Robert Cray, Jeff Lynne and several more.

The Steely Dan/ Donald Fagen albums are always so well produced.

Hello guys (if anyone's still awake)... You guys crack me up sometimes, I chuckled when I read your "debate" on whether to play blues before or after a date... Funny stuff!!

Anyhow, the date went well, good enough that we both want to see each other again... She's a sweet little petite thing, with a cute figure for a 52 year old woman...

So, I'm listening to this one, not Love Stinks...
