advice please...

i am new to car audio and am thinking of buying momo commmponents.i am having trouble finding reviews on them.also,what amps are reccomended?my choices so far are xtant,zapco,soundstream.i am into SQ{or hope to be}.what wattages do i need 4 a good balance front to rear?i will be using separate amps 4 front stage and the sub{probably a momo}.any advice would be greatly appreciated as i am both passionate and ignorant of my new interest and afraid of making an uninformed decision or purchase.thanks for listening. jeff hansen

Jeff,
Since the goal is sound quality I would recommend looking at the Zapco amplifiers first, Soundstream second, and then Xtant. But don't take my word for it!! Use a CD that you know inside and out as a reference so you can hear the differences between these amplifiers.
Look for a power rating of 100 to 150 Watts per channel and make sure that the amplifiers have built in crossovers. A good crossover point for these speakers is 90 Hertz.
