MM6 and good amp

Hi all,
First post here and I was wondering how much power the MM6's REALLY need to play good. also what kind of amp to run them. Also, does anybody know how much trouble it is going to be to put these in the doors of a 97 lincoln mark viii. it has the jbl 5x7 components in right now.

id put about 175-200 to em to play to their potential
look for a 2channel that does 175-200wattsx2 @ 4 ohms
rockford fosgate, kenwood excelon, alpine, and hifonics are some of what i would go with
