its plenty - actually more than you need --- if you aren't running hte amp bridged (meaning just in 4 channel mode @ 4 ohms per channel) - you can use an 8 gauge kit instead of a 4 gauge kit.

would there be a difference between running with the 4 gauge or the 8 gauge? thanks

difference? -- 8 gauge is thinner... and cheaper... because its thinner. it handles less current, but if you're running the amp at 4 ohms stereo in 4 channel mode, you only need the 8 gauge, it wont draw a lot of current... so why waste the money.
