mm465 and mid bass

i have a pair of momo 465 running with a 400.4 fosgate, although it is by 4 i bridge it by two for my momo. but when i turn it loud the mid bass is distorded. i have th frequency at 90hz. do you know the reason y this hapens. i also have the gain at normal postion

I would suggest checking the phase of the drivers first. If this appears to be OK, then check for any air leaks around the drivers.
Are you using the the loudness contour? If so, then take it out of the circuit. Also try inverting the phase of your subwoofer. You maybe encountering some phase cancellation problems also.
