i just got the mm12's the other day for 170 for the set and was wondering what is a good amp to push them right now i have a cheap lighting audio 700w mono amp they sound pretty good with that but the subs dont hit like they should

im not trying to spend 1000$ on an amp when i can get the same perfromace and sound quality out of one that costs 300$ but other then that prce doesnt matter as log as its worth it

I have the same Q. I was looking at that amp too.. I got 2 MOMO 12"s ....Anyothers in that price range

i'm voting JBL BP1200.1 --- does 300 watts more at 2 ohms and it's 75 bucks cheaper (if u shop ebay / cheap online store).
also -- mtx 81000d will only cost you about 275 on ebay -- 350 for the 1501D (new model).
i've got two 81000Ds i'm selling... any takers? $375 plus shipping each and they're friggin mint -- bout a year old and i babied them.

I like mtx amps.... I got 2 942s and 2 1501ds... YaY for mono block!
