Welcome to the fourm. You'll need a better sub to match those RTi12. Do a search here or the subwoofer forums and read as much as you can about them before deciding which sub to get. If I were you I'd keep the two 202 and use them with the surrounds when you get a new sub.
For now, try stacking them, run the 12's full range and drop the x-over on the subs to their lowest setting.

may i ask why?
because i'm totally newbie about audio or video...
in the set-up menu of my amp(sony), the x-over range is 40hz to 200hz..
is 40hz the lowest value?

Welcome umjs78...
Is there an alternative offer than accepting the two 202's such as a discount?
In answer to your x-over question. Yes, 40 Hz is the lowest value. Most folks will pick a setting of 80 Hz to start with and see if raising or lowering it improves the blending of the sub's and mains.
