POLKthug,
did they make a difference over the standard jumpers that polk ships with the speaker? I am curious to know.

A lot of people on this forum recommend replacing the standard jumpers. Personally, I didn't do any subjective listening tests, so I don't exactly know if its better or not. For me, this was just a fun DIY project. I'm at the point now where I'm very happy with how everything sounds, and these jumpers may or may not contribute to that.
For a cheap test, you can get some short 12awg wires without terminators and wire one speaker with stock jumper and the other with the wire.

Various sized shrink tubes and some wire loom. Same wire for the speaker cables. Thanks for the compliments.

Automotive stores sell all kinds of "black sheaths" to hide wires in. The kind that is on my speaker cables seperates when you twist it. All the shrink wrap is from Radio Shack. Have fun!

You can also use techflex with the shrink wrap at the ends.
