I have a denon 1803 and the RM 6700/303 and just got a
Pioneer DVD-A / SACD player that has a crossover at 80 Hz.
I primarily listen to music, what is the ideal set up?

The manual for your system reads as follows:
FRONT AND REAR SPEAKERSRM2350
Overall frequency response:
95Hz–24kHz
-3dB limits:
130Hz–20kHz

Seeing the crossover at 80hz means your trying going to lose the sound between 80hz and 130hz. Set your crossover at 150 or 200hz.

What does it mean with the overall frequency response and
-3db limit?

Frank,
If he goes to 200 Hz he'll lose the top-end bass. The 303 is gone at 160 Hz...

150 Hz is the only choice.

Haimoc,
Here's a link (http://www.goodsound.com/glossary/0010.htm) that explains it better than I can.
