What constitutes good sub placement? Is there a general rule or is it all subjective based on the nature of the structure? I usually see peoples subs in the front of their systems in the showcase...:confused:

You'll get lots of opinions and and tricks on what works best. The reailty is to put it wherever your wife tells you where that big ugly black box has to go.

It wasn't possible for me to put my cylinder where my wife REALLY wanted it to go. :eek:

hahahaha.....
I've has mine against the wall halfway between me and the TV on the left side. Something tells me it would be better next to the TV, but i'm not sure. :(
