power question

i have 2 mm120s and was wondering again about the amp i should use
i was wondering if i get the rockford fosgate bd1500.1 which can put out 750w per channel and tune it down to 500w if it would be better than getting the rf bd1000.1 which puts out 500w per channel max
so i was wondering if the 1500.1 would run cleaner and prevent clipping and also run cooler therefore lasting longer??
or does it not matter

Cody,
Either amp will drive the MM120's just fine in the sealed or bandpass enclosures. I would suggest listening to both amps to see which one sounds better to you. Use a CD that you know inside and out as a musical reference. You might want to consider the maximum amperage consumption and compare it to the vehicle's alternator also. You don't want to severely stress the charging system of the car.
