Ken: I missed your call. I E Mailed Customer Service and explained that my PSW350 was making crackling noises. I noticed from the forum that this seems to be a common problem.
However, Kim, who answered my E Mail told me to pack the Woofer and the amplifier. Do I need to send both, or just the amplifier?. Doug Rando
