fxi50s vs fx1000s

Hi all i recently have been doing some upgrading on my theater system consisting of rt3000ps and a cs1000p center my question is i have fxi50s and was wondering if i should change them with a pair of fx1000s i understand the whole timber match theory and know they would complete the rt5000 series but will i notice a difference in the performance .they would be driven by 170 watts. I dont have a pair yet. I would have to search for some but is it worth the money for the change or would it be hardly be noticeable. thanks

I really don't know by direct comparison but I highly dought you could trade your 50's plus an extra $100 or 200 to any of these members 1000's. I was on the hunt for a while but have resorted to making due for now :( .
