well since ive had thousands upon thousands of requests for my pics of my truck...ok no one has asked, but heres a couple today after i put the subs in today...it actually has the seat in this time and everything
i couldnt handle just looking at these subs sit in my room...so theyre in the truck and i have the gains all the way down, so i can turn it up to 35 still and not have to worry about breaking the damn things

theres a hump in the middle of the floor...you can kind of see it in the top picture, it drops off right before the mat
yeah, theres not a lot of room for rear passengers, thats why my next subs are going to be 10s

no, i wussed out and had a shop make it for me out of 3/4" MDF to .88ft^3 for $120
its the same box ive had for 3 years now, still looks new
i might be selling it with the subs in august/september for about $300 when i get my brahmas and build a new box
not sure yet though

yup, going to order them sometime in late august most likely, theyre going to be powered by the same amps for a while(550 watts each) and theyre going to be in an extremely small enclosure
some time in late 2005 ill be getting a US Amps USA-3000 which will give em both 1500 each, im getting a new truck next summer, putting a lift on it, then getting a better alternator, then the amp

you'll get tired of it fast...

for some reason i lost my "lust" for high power audio and i'm back with a measily 1600 rms to the subs and 175 x 2 to the fronts / 50 x 2 rears. ... as opposed to my former 3000w sub maddes...


i've got the same amps, just running them at 4 ohms instead of 2 ohms.


anyway -- sounds actually better to me.

damn id's weren't all that durable...
