Procedure using test tones???

Do I turn off all the other speakers except the sub when I run the tones in order to plot a graph?

No. There should be a smooth transition from sub to speakers as frequency foes up.

You could actually make a run with just the sub on,that would show you the curve of the subwoofer and how it interacts with the room,settings that have been made,and placement of the sub.Once you get a nice curve with the sub you can then add the mains and see how they affect the freq. curve.I have found out this is the best way to really dial in the sub and also will tell you alot about how each speaker affects the curve.
