Just wondering. I picked up their self titled release (2003) and I'm lovin it. Sounds great with the volume up.
I also picked up Siebenburgen "Delictum" and Mayhem "Chimera".
"Delictum" is a great album but I still like "Plagued be thy Angel" more. Excellent goth metal.
"Chimera" is awesome. Old school black metal mixed with moern black and death metal. Very creepy stuff.
I also wanted the new Nightwish album and Therion but both are sold out:(.

I already own them all. I don't think anyone else on this forum listens to this stuff - Maurice. Most of the music people talk about on here I am clueless but overseas black, goth and all the within I understand. That is why i thought it was so funny when people were freaking out about Evanescence when they are a sad ripoff of "Lacuna Coil" want a be's not to mention thier background.
P.S. I told you about
Siebenburgen about a year ago.........
Glad you followed up....
;)
Now go check out the last "Old Man's Child"

Hey Scott,
I'm going to get their older albums next time. The vocals and drums is just killer.
Lacuna Coil is awesome. I thought the same thing the first time I heard Evanescence.
I'm really enjoying Siebenburgen. I still crank up 'Plagued....' whenever I get the chance.
Picked up Old Man's Child about a year ago. I really like it. They have Galder on drums now which makes them really special.
I'm going to pick Battlelore. You told me about them but I completely forgot to look for it.
Rhapsody is very similar. Here's a link to the thread I wrote on them. Too bad there's no Rhapsody fans here... http://clubpolk.polkaudio.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20178
btw, Cradle should finish their new album very soon. Their website is down so I can't get any info.
I'm going to see Nightwish on Aug 16. Can't wait. I'm so excited.
Did you check out Akercocke yet?

Dam you - got me looking for music again. I am blown away by what you can pick up on Ebay now and cheap. They have oversea venders that kick A$$.
Have not got a chance to pick up Akercocke yet.
Checked CoF site last week they are hard at work finishing up.
LEAVES’ EYES
Ex-Theater Of Tragedy female vocalist and hubbies solo album - it is awesome.

LOL:D. Same here. Those overseas stores on ebay sell for much cheaper. I got Tristania "Widow's Tour" a few weeks ago and have Twilight Ophera "Shadows Embrace the Dark" coming.
Can't wait to hear the new Cradle. According to Dani, it's suppose to be like "Cruelty and the Beast". I like the more 'midieval' side of Cradle like Cruelty and Dusk. But Vempire is just kick ass.
Thanx for the update on Liv. I will add Leaves' Eyes on my list. I really like the first two Theatre of Tragedy albums.

Hey Airplay,
What else do you listen to?
Yeah, Chimera is just pure evil. It's my first Mayhem CD and I love it. I love the vocal style on the heavy songs where the vocalist starts to sound like a howling wolf.

Hey Airplay - I agree and that is why i toned it down but as Organ knows the cover art of most of these albums are worth the money..... ;)

LMAO:D. Oh yeah, those cover arts are really something. Even my non-metal friends are fascinated by the artwork.
Oh yeah, you guys might want to keep an eye out for the upcoming Ancient Ceremony album. Their German record label won't release it because they think it's too controversial. It's going to be released under a Russian label. Ancient Ceremony's site www.ancient-ceremony.de
