Jurassic Park DTS badly mastered? (not LFE problem)

Just watched this for the first time all the way through - I had been using the intro for some demoing and it sounded pretty good.

This time around when I got to actual dialogue it seemed like the voices were annoyingly bright. I haven't noticed this being a noticable problem on any other movies - dts or DD that I have watched. Anyone else notice this problem, or is it just my ears? I've seen the threads about the old discs with the LFE problem, and they all said the new discs sounded fine.

It's a known issue. Try a google search but there are newer versions out there with the dts fixed.

Which JP? I haven't seen the first JP in DTS, only #2 and 3.

Yeah, the first one.

Looked on google, only saw articles about the no-LFE problem.

I forgot the disc has a 2 channel DD track, so I'll see if that sounds any different.
