I am experiencing the same problem as others have experienced with the PSW202 amplifier. I was given this sub as a gift and do not have the receipt and do not know where the person purchased it. What can I do? Am I totally out of luck on this or can Polk help me? Thanks.

For others out there, Ken just e-mailed me and told me to send it in anyways with the note specifying it was a gift and they will replace it. Thanks Ken. :D
