Center speaker has no sound

I have a set of RM Series II home theater speakers. The center channel has gone completely dead. The speaker did receive a jar. I've checked every connection multiple times but no luck. Is there some way to have the speaker checked out?

If you hook the speaker up to the left or right speaker wires, does it work?
