a technics slp 150 kmc cd player and a sansui 3900z stereo amp

they both work but I don't know how good they are any clues ??
they are in very good condition.

would this cd player be very good as a dedicated cd player instead of my marantz dvd player ??

and what to do with an extra stereo receiver ?? besides hooking it up to another set of speakers ??

true I guess what I was asking is would a dedicated cd player be of higher quality than a dvd player and in this case this older technics cd player itself be of good quality ie build , components

and if I am to take it appart to clean what should I be doing ??what should I look for ??? (quality pieces and what may be on the edge of failing )??
